Who We Are
While we had to close our location at 776 Richmond Terrace, the Staten Island Creative Community remains a coalition of visual artists, musicians, photographers, craftspeople, writers and other performers based in Staten Island, New York. The primary goal of the organization is still to support the creative community by developing venues and providing media exposure for its members.
SICC’s secondary goal is to expedite collaboration among artists, residents, the business community and other agencies in order to raise cultural awareness of the arts in the Borough and beyond . Its signature event is the annual “Art by the Ferry” Festival. The Staten Island Creative Community welcomes established as well as emerging artists.
